Default PCV Hose

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy a factory or close to factory PCV hose for the driver side PCV. Its the one in the center with the numbers on it.

I had the same issue last week. I replaced my PCV and grommet and found that the hose was split. I went to O'rileys, took my old hose off and they matched up some fuel line the same size for $2.16.

It is discontinued most places I have looked, but if you really want the pre-formed hose, I think CARiD was the only place that said they have one, I just didn't want to wait for shipping. I think that hose was $8 and some change.
