Gauge cluster issue

I ran the test and no codes popped up. Going to go ahead and sell the truck I think. I'm tired of messing with it.

Battery arced when reconnected, and now won't hold a charge..... You have a serious draw on the system somewhere, probably causing a low-voltage elsewhere in the system. Low voltage wreaks havoc with all the computer controlled stuff on the truck, which includes the cluster.

Is charging the way it should now. After I replaced that fuse it started doing what it's supposed to do. My only issue now is the odometer blinking and the gauge needles jumping. I can go down to this Pull-A-Part junkyard place near me and get a gauge cluster for $30. If that doesn't do the trick then I give up.
