Default 98 Dodge Ram 1500 transmission help

Hello, I’ve posted before, I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 5.9 4wd. I need to replace the transmission. Could someone give me a step by step on what to do to completely change the transmission. Also I am replacing because my transmission was submerged in water. So how would I get remaining water from oil cooler? Also could someone tell me how to do the check valve delete? All helps appreciated thank you.

They sell transmission line flusher at most automotive stores. It's in a can, like paint. Me, I use compressed air and trans oil. I used a drill and bit, going up in increments until the stainless disc popped out, it has a spring too under the disc. It's free if you have a drill and bits. Nothing that will hurt you when it pops out.
