Part numbers for the CV are on the post #3. But if you want greasable u-joint, 5-213X (grease fitting in body) or 5-1330-1X (fitting at the cap). And the bearing is found by the name unversal joint ball kit (617).

Front u-joint might be 1330-7290 combination joint (Spicer 5-7437X), but measure the cups before ordering. Two of them are 1.125" and other two 1.062" in diameter.

You can search parts from Rockauto, like 57437X for the Spicer 5-7347X joint.
