01 dodge 1500 4x4 front upper/lower ball joints
I have play in my upper ball joint and was researching a replacement... the price variations were huge. The more expensive ones, at $180, were offset up to 2° for camber adjustment. Im guessing depending on position when pressed in gives the estimated adjustment needed. Anyway. Im wondering what conditions would exist fora need to adjust the camber when OEM ball joints are straight
Bent parts. Sag from age. Etc. Trouble is, checking the spec with sloppy balljoints is useless.
Just get the stock replacements, in a good name brand, and call it a day. An alignment afterwards is always a good idea.
