I have a 98 Dodge Ram 4x4 with 33s sitting on stock suspension. I have a parts truck that I got the tires from that also has a leveling kit that I’m putting on my truck. I was wondering who makes a cheap body lift that’s easy to install or even a bigger suspension lift. I’d like to get at-least 6” of lift without buying a premium expensive lift. Any input would help.

"Cheap" is really all we have now compared to ANY other truck on the road today, though.
If you can find a lift for these trucks still made, then go ahead and get it. It will be considerably cheaper than any IWS lift out there as it's only springs, arms, relo brackets, and blocks for the most part. Shocks are your own preference.

I don't like body lifts either.
Here are some inexpensive 5" lifts ("inexpensive" is a relative term here). You didn't tell us if you have a 1500 or a 2500, so I'm going to assume 1500. A five-inch lift is pretty much as high a lift as they go (and usually paired with 35" tires) before you get into really expensive suspension lifts.

And here's a 7" kit ("only" about $2700). https://www.summitracing.com/parts/s...s-dx?rrec=true
If you buy a kit that has white painted shocks, scuff them up and paint them before you install them (Rustoleum metallic silver always looks nice) or they will be all rusty looking in a year or so.
You'll also need to add in the cost of re-gearing both axles if going with larger tires (which I'm assuming you're wanting to do after the lift). 1998 1500 factory gears are 3.55 (3.90 if you have a towing package or special order). For 35" tires (what's usually used with a 5" lift) figure you'll need 4.56 gears.
