I was wondering if anyone knew what size light bars I can fit on my 96 1500 grille, bumber, and roof

A tape measure will tell you for sure. Grill mounts would be problematic since it goes up with the hood. I'm not a fan of drilling holes in the roof as that leads to leaks. As for the bumper, it's a bit lose to the grill with little room to mount anything. I'd go with a roll bar to mount lights on the top and a grill guard, or at least a bull bar, to mount lights in front.
