Default damper bolt torque spec

Hey fella's, bit confused, bout' to torque down the bolt that holds the harmonic balancer on. Haynes manual states 135 ft lbs and the FSM states 180. I'm seeing this often throughout the threads and internet. will 135 do the trick? I"m assuming the 180 is for new bolt/washer??

I usually just put 'em nice and tight with a half inch ratchet. Two grunts. Never had one come off.

Same here. I also use a bit of Loc-tite on the bolt threads, too. Never lost one.
