I have a '96 Ram 2500 w/a 360. Automatic. Previous owner put new tranny & transfer case less than 2 years ago. It however often shifts hard from 1st to 2nd gear. It seems more noticable when it's cold, but still does it when its warm. It probably does it about 50% of the time. Fluid is clean and red, and full. Any thoughts or ideas?

 

Try some Lucas Transmission Fix. I've used it before and it works great!
