Blend and recycle door seals?
Opened up my heater-a/c box today.
As expected, the heater core was toast, and a small leak in the evaporator.
All the duct and door seal foam has crumbled and is/has fallen away.
Is there a service kit with new seals.
Or a source for adhesive backed foam to cut my own?

Here’s an assortment of images from earlier today.
Most are self explanatory.
The fan is working just fine... but I’ve seen enough posts on this site to know that they and the resistor (mine has surfaced corrosion on the terminals) do fail... with 200K+ on the clock, should I replace them while I’m in there, or is the risk of an aftermarket replacement failing in short order greater than the original failing?
The last image is one of the mounting studs.
The shop that replaced the heater core some 10 years ago must have lost one, as I’m one short.
Anyone have a spare laying around?
I’d be happy to pay shipping and contribute to your beer fund.
