Default Door Panel Fabric

I was wondering if anybody has a line on the factory upholstery fabric used on the seats and door panels, mine is the Mist Gray. Thanks Tad

Nobody that I know of. When is your exact problem? Why not go to leather? You can buy the seat bottoms, that might be enough to do the panels if you cut it apart...

I was looking for material to replace the door panel cloth, there are after market seats with what appears to be factory like material and they are getting it from someplace. I am not a big fan of leather, I would like for it to look somewhat factory. Thanks for the reply. Tad

Take a sample down to your local upholstery shop. They should be able to get you some.

I do remember seeing an online upholstery store based in Michigan somewhere that had factory colors.
You selected from yr/make/model dropdowns and then trim color.

What the site is, or if it still exists, I don’t remember... sorry... but there’s hope.

Not the place I was thinking of, but...

Could this be it?

I was watching how it's made one time and they had a segment on vehicle seats. The place made all kind of seats so Chrysler along with others probably had them make the seats. It was in Detroit.

I did find a reproduction fabric that matches the 98.5- 2003 door panels. I hope to do a segment on reupholstering and painting the door panels. Thanks Tad

I'd take it to an upholsterer and see what they could do.

My dad did (and still does) that type of work, he replaced the cloth on the door panels on my brother's car once.

From what I have seen doing the upholstery is not the problem, it is how the material is fastened to the door panel, I believe that it has welded plastic rivets of sort, but I don't foresee a problem, just info for those who want it.
