That company seems long defunct. Appears to have been some sort of pressure regulator device that dampened the initial spike when hitting the brakes hard.

What I've read about this product from RV forums, this goes to a same group with magnets on fuel lines (which supposedly "organizes" fuel molecules and therefore improves fuel mileage).
People installs steel braided brake lines to get as firm pedal feel as possible, and then there is this product that acts as a dampener on brakeline. Found seller from ebay who sells these as aftermarket ABS system. Sounds rather sketchy...
I think OP is better of removing them and change the brake fluid.

Unfortunately, there are a LOT of products out there in the world that make claims that are, quite frankly, impossible, yet they have been selling them for years...... A "chip" that you connect two wires to that gives you 50 horsepower, and increases fuel economy by 50%??? And all for the low, low price of 30 bucks or so..... It's just stupid. What's even worse is, people buy them......

Glad you got an “Official” certified pet rock... you get so ripped off with generic pet rocks.

My favorite is the electric fans you put on the air intake, that they claim will act like a turbo!
