Red face 96 5.9L 1500, Stalling when letting go of gas

Starts just fine in the morning, I will reverse out of my parking spot, then put into drive to forward out of the drive to the first stop sign. If I let go of the accelerator, then it looses power. I have to hold the gas pedal down to start it. If I am in park and rev the engine and let go, it is fine. Only when I am driving and let off of the accelerator does it stall. I have to feather the gas, and two foot all the way to work (3 mi) while manually switching from neutral to drive the whole way.

ECT gauge does not work
Fuel Gauge does not work

Will be replacing both on Tuesday of the coming week.

I have OBD Scanner II, last checked a week ago with "Engine High Temp Issue" will check tomorrow and link some pictures of it. Haynes suggests going through a fuel pressure test, which I will probably get to do the test with.

I read about four "stalling" threads and saw MAP sensor, Crankshaft sensor, TCC (Torque Clutch converter), plenum, o2 sensor, and clogged cat. I have not seen a resolution for this issue in the threads i have perused . If there is a sticky thread, please link, but I did go through the threads trying to find the issue before i posted a similar issue.

Go back to the basics. When it shuts off see what you lost (if anything) fuel or spark. If you lost nothing then it's usually a sensor problem or vacuum leak (which the plenum can cause because they all go bad)

You didn't post mileage, Considering it's 96 i would assume you have at least 150k on it. As said go over the basics (cap rotor plugs wires in good shape?) Plugged/bad cat? there was a recall on 96's Clean the throttle body and IAC(plenty of threads on this) is something you should perform. If idle issues still continue probably time to replace the IAC(stick with original mopar). Also what condition is the battery in? Weak battery can cause idle issues.
