Dash lights

I have a 98 Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab short bed 4 wheel drive pick up my dash lights do not work I replace the cluster the bulbs light switch the relays and the fuses and they still don't work any suggestions

Would have to check the wires. Could be a short or a broken wire.
