MAP needs to reflect some version of reality. See what the numbers look like at idle, and with the engine off. You should see close to 20" of vacuum at idle.... if you don't, need to find out why.

I try to get Mopar when I can. If not Standard Motor Products usually works. When you get the scanner check the MAP, then I can compare it to mine (a known good one) and we all with take it from there

Default Update

New Plenum from Hughes, still throws code, map reads 5V no matter what, next step is replacing PCM. Wish me luck / give me recommendations ?

Unplug the map, and see if you still get 5 volts on the signal return wire. Wonder if you have a short somewhere.
