Default Weak starter?

My 2000 ram 1500 (5.9 magnum) has an issue starting, I have to rev it to get it to fire most times and if I turn it off and try and start it, it wont start unless I wait about 20 - 30 minutes, then it will start up if i rev it. Ive replaced the battery, alternator, and starter relay, spark plugs were checked, should I just replace the starter or is it something else?

How fast is it cranking? If it's cranking at a decent speed and just not starting, it's fuel or spark. Could be a crank sensor. Get a Mopar or Standard Motor Products sensor. Don't waste your money on BWD, Duralast, or the other parts stores junk.

Need to see what toy don't have when it won't start. My guess is the crank sensor. Only buy Mopar sensors.
