no left low beam no driving lights

Can you do basic testing with a test light and multimeter? If so get the FSM from the FAQ section. Wiring is in 8W. The common failures are: multifunctional switch, wires pulled out of the multifunctional switch if you have a tilt column, headlight switch, or ground(s). Without doing any testing you are throwing parts at it.

i tested for voltage and none was looking for answers and saw many people saying headlight switch so I figured for the money toss on a used one , so you think if a wire (1) is off on the multi switch it would stop voltage to the left headlight low beam and the driving/fog lights seems weird ...

There are spices where the wire can go bad. The fog lights could be the relay. For the headlight start chasing the low beam wire

thats the plan ill switch out the relay and see but it all started at the same time

See if they share an wires, if so that is where I would start.
