Question no left low beam no driving lights

so 01 dodge 1500
no left low beam no driving lights
battery is new
bulbs new
headlight switch replaced
what else could it be maybe fuse panel looks like It was replaced some time ago idk

Need to see if you are getting power to the headlight plug low beam wire

Grab the service manual for your truck from here. I think the left and right sides get power from different spots, but, not 100% sure on that.

if thinking its the TIPM but cant for the life of me cant find my voltmeter now i want to dig deeper into it

Our trucks don't have a TIPM

so its just a fuse panel i see references to tipm on these trucks

That's the newer trucks. We just have a power distribution center.

TIPM is only on the new trucks and uses a computer along with the fuse block. We just have a power distribution center (fuse block)
