So I recently bought a 95 12v I was told it needs a key switch which I put in but I have no guages or guage lights. But the backlight works and I'm getting power to the starter from the key. Needing some help. I've seen that the pcm could be the culprit but I hate to buy one and ig not fix it

 

Does it start and run? Though '95 diesel really doesn't need the PCM to start and run.

 

yes it starts up and runs and drives fine I just have to manually pull the fuel shut off valve and itll run fine
