Default 2001 Dodge Ram Trans slipping

A couple of weeks ago the trans started to slip going from 1st to 2nd and the code came up P1762. So I changed the governor pressure sensor, transducer, speed sensor and filter. Took it for a test drive and it shifted around 1700. Came to a stop sign, took off and it started slipping again. Got home and now I have codes P0138, P1762 and P1763. Could this be a wiring problem? Also only some light metallic dust in the pan. The truck is a 2001 Ram 1500 360 138000 miles Thanks for any help

My transmission lasted 144k with regular maintenance, then torque convertor took a dump, flooded the system with 'dust'.
