81 ram d150 shakes

I got a 1981 Dodge ram D150 as I'm driving it'll start to shake then quit then shake again when I accelerate idk what's causing it. I have a new transmission an it's got plenty of fluid.

I would start with the accelerator pump either out of adjustment or leaking.
