02 and up won't fit (completely different truck) you need a 94-01 Regular Cab door. I do believe the Extended (not quad) cab doors will work to but don't hold me to that.

Standard cab doors through '01 have the rounded corner, '02 if you find a 2500 V10. Extended cab doors before '98 when the second smaller door was added for the back seat were also rounded. These doors will fit but the electrical connectors will differ from yours based on year and stereo options. Use your harness.

Anything 02 and up won't work completely different generation. Everything changed, EVERYTHING. The only 02 parts you can use are if they are from a 2500/3500.

'02 2500s used the same fender. All the other years '94-'01 interchange as well, unless you need the wider cutout for the Sport headlights, then like '99 and up. Mounting studs for accessories change as well, but physically they bolt up.

Look at 1500’s too, these are more common in pick a parts and the body parts for the early Gen 2’s swap (I am rebuilding a 1996 2500,
but most my donor parts have come from 1996-07 1500’s).

No question about it and agreed, for the OP he can use earlier 1500 parts from early model Gen 2’s for his truck though. Unless I am missing something.
