Would agree with Moparite. Unless you already ruled out the engine, remove to belt and run it for a very short period of time so you avoid overheating, but see if that solves the issue. Could be a bad bearing in a pulley. Start there and work backwards, but if the sound gets worse as the engine’s rpms Increase it’s a good place to start.

Ended up being the belt was routed incorrectly by the last shop i took it too, all fixed now. Thanks for all the suggestions.
