Dude, I'm not going to bash you for asking about an acronym..ask any of us military folks. We deal with them all the time! Heck, we even have a manual to look them up! Now if you asked what are tires for then you'll get bashed. I know its cliche' but the only dumb question is one that isn't asked.

thanks for reply,but couldnt figure out that if tb stood for throttle body--which i thought it did ,why you would remove it to clean it?--thanks

It is easier to remove it, then remove the sensors from it, and then you can easily clean the TB and the sensor probes. Clean the TB with spray carb cleaner and the sensor probes carefully with carb cleaner on a rag. You will be surprised how much crap is on thereORIGINAL: ROWDY69ER
