Default Fuel Filter Change and oil Change

On a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 diesel. I 'm trying to get advice how often or mileage I should change the fuel filter? Same question for an oil change? I always change the oil filter on anything when I change the oil.. While I am at it , I'll ask how often and how much sea foam I should put in the fuel tank to clean the injectors. I'm going to say thank you in Advance because you guys answered some of my questions before.

Oil I do 5,000 miles on full synthetic. Seafoam you can use every time you fill it up. Fuel filter I don't know never owned a diesel long enough. One of the diesel guys will chime in soon

You should change the fuel filter on every other oil change, or once a year. I change the fuel filter usually at fall, when weather starts to get cold. That way I minimize the possibility of the fuel gelling up/freezing in filter when temperatures goes below zero celsius.

I was reading the replies MoparFanatic21 and HeIklm and I thank you guys for responding.
As I was scrolling down the page I saw a related thread. It made me think of another question. Should I change the Manual Transmission Oil, The Differential Oil ( front and back ), and Transfer Case? If so how often would you change them?
Thank you again.

According to the service manual, NV4500 has a lifetime fluid, so you really don't need to change it if the trans is working flawlesly. About the diff and t-case, 45000 miles or 36 months and 48000/48, respectively. And this is for on road use, if you drive offroad or do any water crossings, you should always at least check the diff oil afterwards. If there's a bad axle seal, axle housing will suck up the water.
And you can actually go 6000 miles with engine oil change interval.
