Default Radio slipped and pulled on the wires, won’t turn on now

The front two speakers in my truck were not working. I took the radio out to look at the wires and it slipped and fell and now it won’t turn on and the interior lights will not turn on. Any idea what happened?

Blew a fuse. Or two.... Check the fuse block on the drivers side of the dash. Don't forget the IOD fuse. It has a cover over it.
