99 ram 1500 sport 4x4 5.9LV8

My idle pulley busted today and I need a bolt.what size belt do I need.a 10mm 1.5 will not thread more than 3 threads.

Take what's left of the old bolt to a hardware store, and match it up.

No idea what size it is.
