I don't have personal experience here though, so I can't say for sure.
This. One of the advantages of a feedback system. Though, a knock sensor would have been nice.....

A .030 overbore is not going to upset the computer. It probably won't even notice.

Okay I'm fine with that answer. Much appreciated.

I'll have the heads checked, but if they're crack free I'm going to re-use them.

As far as the cam change idea, nothing aggressive, but a 'little' more power would be nice, but again, I would like a small increase without upsetting the computer. Ideas?

PCMs are designed to compensate, I think it would take a LOT to make the fuel trim go so far that it sets a code. You’d think clogged injectors would cause this problem and it usually ended up with a misfire before a fuel trim code.

Several companies offer RV/Towing cams, that do not require custom tuning, however, for the price, you don't really get much out of them..... Think I might be more tempted to invest in some 1.7 ratio roller rockers..... computer doesn't care, and on a stock engine, it's 10hp/tq right out of the box.

I'm just guessing here. I know a bunch of people with bored engine and they all get a custom tune

That's it. My one buddy has a 1500 360 and his cylinders were out of round. It was the same to bore it out as it was to fix it. I even helped him put everything back together. It could be overkill I'm unsure. Hell I've been wrong before
