Default clutch pack retainer clip failure 9.25 rear end wore carrier bearing cap

I have a 99 ram 1500 4x4 with the 9.25 lsd rear end , took cover off for fluid change and have the clutch retainer broken problem. lots of shavings but all bearings and gear teeth look new. my question is that my passenger side carrier bearing cap has some wear from clip rubbing on it before the clip fell to bottom of diff. can the bearing cap still be reused ? anyone else have this happen to them and if so do you have any pics of acceptable wear on the cap. also can you put on another bearing cap from a scrapped rear end ?or are they all specifically machined for each individual rear end..

I think it'll be fine to re-use the cap.
