Up until I changed the plenum and v as love cover gasket ,I never had a problem. Kept up with maintaince etc. Then after I was finish with the gasket repair I had siezed the motor. I had 5 wts oil and never had it icer heated

Take the serpentine belt off, and see if the engine will turn.
