Default 98 ram1500 4x4 remove a new upper ball joint without removing steering knucke??

I have a 98 ram 1500 4wd just installed moog ball joints upper and lower. After all assembled the boot on the upper ball joints popped loose/tilted and grease came out one side of the boot. These are the moog k3134t upper joint with the small boot that sits inside the steering knuckle and leaves1/2 inch exposed shaft . Just want to know if the upper ball joint can be removed without having to tear everything apart again. Any tricks that anyone can think of?
ps these moog k3134t upper ball joints suck grease wont come out the relief valve and boot falls of one side with hardly any grease applied

No getting it out without tearing it down.... Might be able to put a hose clamp around it, to keep the boot in place??

Yeah, but, I bet you weren't able to re-use it.

Dont want to reuse it , just want to get it out without taking everything off again and without damaging lower balljoint and the new hubs
