#1 Power steering pump is weak. Time for a new one.
#2 You have to check ALL parts in the front: tie rods, panhard/track bar, axle control arm bushings, tires, alignment, and of course, the steering gear. The gear is the most expensive piece so do that last.

That's not the steering box adjustment. That's the steering arm. At this point, I'll suggest that you might not want to adjust the steering box yourself. You might make it worse or damage it to where it can't be used. It has some play but didn't seem terrible. You should check the track bar first. The end that attaches to the frame. It's probably worn out and letting the axle move side to side. Then have someone rock the steering wheel side to side and watch the drag link (attached to the other end of the steering arm in the video) for movement. Both ends of it. And then watch the tie rod ends. The tie rod connects the front tires. I think your main problem will be in one of those areas.

Your steering arm looks like a dropped arm for a lifted truck. What size tires are on it? The whole number, not just the 16 inch part. Tightening the slop will do nothing to make it steer easier unless something is binding. The Dodges do turn a little hard to begin with.

I have already replaced the track bar and my tire size is 235/75/16
I will make a. Oreo of me holding my camera 🎥 Nader the front end and having someone twist the steering wheel I’ll post it on YouTube
