Default 1996 dodge ram 5.9 stumped.

So I have a 1996 dodge ram 1500 5.9gas with 46re. So been having an issue where truck will idle fine. But when you drive the truck is all over the place. When driving. It wants to stall all the time. It surges like it's trying to find where it needs to be gear wise. And since this issue it has had the following replaced. Idle air valve. Throttle position map sensor. Crank sensor. Tore the trans out. Rebuilt it completely. New torque converter. Governor pressure solenoid the overdrive sensor both speed sensors. Replaced both 02 sensors. New fuel pump. Was having an issue with the ground for the fuel pump. The pump wouldn't get full voltage so had to ground from the pump to the frame. After all this that I've replaced. Still having issues with the truck acting exactly the same. It does have a new battery. New exhaust. Any help and point in the right direction would be helpful. We're stumped.

What brand O2 sensors? When you did the IAC, did you clean the throttle body? Have you reset the PCM?

I used bosch sensors. No dtc at all for the truck.. I forgot to mention when I did the iac. I took the throttle body off. Cleaned her up real good. Had some build up. Replaced the gasket for the throttle body. And installed the iac throttle position and did the new map sensor as well.

The problem could be the aftermarket sensors. These trucks only like genuine Mopar sensors and NTK or Denso O2 sensors. So that could be your problem. Since you had a ground issue with the pump, I would start there and check all the grounds and wiring

Unplug the O2 sensors, and drive the truck. See if your symptoms disappear.

Bosch sensors do not work in these trucks

I've changed the sensors and no change. Im at a loss. I also just changed the vapor canister and then the vapor canister purge valve cause I had ordered them awhile back. What about the computer could that be it. I've checked the grounds and even added a few chassis grounds

When you drive the truck. It surges when you drive. Like it can't find the gear it's suppose to be in. Like whatever tell it what gear it should be in is messing up. It will shift in and out of gear to higher or lower gear while driving. When you start to slow down it stalls. I have replaced both the speed sensors as well.
