Default 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 fuel pump not priming

Hi everyone new to the forum just thought I'd see what yall think about the problem im having.

I have a 01 dodge that recently stopped starting. Originally had a no bus code ended up getting a new pcm. Fixed the no bus code, but still won't start. Truck turns over starts immediately shuts off. i have spark, but no fuel pressure and can't hear fuel pump priming ended up dropping in a new pump its been needing one. Still no start or only for a moment then turns off. I still don't hear the fuel pump priming is there anything else I can check for this issue. Relay and fuses aren't blown i still need to check ASD relay. Is there anything else I can possibly check?

Would be grateful for any help this is my only vehicle at the moment and would like to get it going asap. Thank You.

Swap the fuel pump relay with another one..... See if that changes anything. Is the "Security" lite in the dash on by any chance?

I swapped the relay, but no change. No security light either just my abs and and airbag. The check engine does turn on when I crank it then turns off.

Verify you are actually getting power back to the fuel pump at initial key on, and while cranking the engine. Gonna need a spare body for that exercise though.....

I was able to test the connector with a multimeter and had no power i went back to the fuel pump relay to see what the voltage is and got 4v is that normal or is it supposed to be at 12v? I'll get another body to help with the fuel pump test while cranking. With the initial key on will I need someone to turn it for me while I check with a multimeter?

Yep. At initial key on, you will only see power for about three seconds. Then, the PCM won't turn it back on until it sees the engine turning. (crank sensor) And yeah, should be battery voltage.
