Are you positive it's ignition and not dropping fuel pressure? May want to put a gauge on it and run it around till it acts up then see what the pressure is. If it's ignition test the ignition coil(specs are in the service manual) If they are off it could be the coil. Possible issue with crank/cam sensor.

Hm, I'm not positive. When I installed the fuel pump I had to twist the regulator on the pump about 90 degrees to get it into the same position as the original.. Is it possible I broke it?

Okay, quick update. I replaced the PCV grommet and valve and drove around for about 15 minutes with a fuel pressure tester and the O2 sensors unplugged, and I didn't get any misfires, but when I was detaching the fuel pressure tester I noticed that the fuel rail test valve is leaking when there is no pressure behind it. It closes after I prime though. Is it possible to replace just the valve without replacing the whole rail?

I think it's just a schraeder valve like you would find in a tire valve stem..... Worth a shot.....
