I bought the denso ones since I had seen these trucks are finicky with what brand they take

Ok, those should be fine.

I would be inclined to have a look at what's going on as the engine warms. (everything plugged in) See what the PCM thinks engine temp, and intake air temp is. Also look at fuel trims at idle. (short term.) Something ain't quite right.... is fuel pressure good?

What should fuel pressure read? As well as fuel trims and intake temp? Just so I might know what to look for with a scan tool plugged in

I *think* fuel pressure should be around 49PSI, fuel trims should be pretty close to zero.

Short term will fluctuate but should stay as cost to zero as possible. A role of thumb is anything over 3.5% indicates a problem
