Default Crank but no start Intermittent power to ignition coil

2000 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.2 liter v-8 cranks but does not start. I have already replaced the asd and ignition coil and at this point I am getting power through the coil for about 1 second during cranking but then lose power to it I am receiving 12 volts when I do have power at the coil.

??? Asd relay gives power (12V) to the coil while cranking. If the ignition is on(without cranking) you will only have it for a short period. Is the battery fully charged?
