So I sent them an email to see if maybe they can get the power band a little lower in the RPMs and what all is needed to run this.

That's just the engine, no (single) turbo. And it doesn't say anything about exhaust to the turbo. Stock magnum heads with some word done. Would expect good aftermarket replacements for that $$$.
I would go twin turbo, Spools up at a lower rpm. Ever look at this?

For 13K you do. I am going twin turbo on one of my engines and I am looking just for a swap in. I have 3 motors tore down already and no time lol. So I need something quick

Be 13k for everything. I don't think that's a bad price being that realistically this engines won't be done for at a minimum 1.5-2 years

It would be interesting to hear how quickly they can deliver the engine once the money is paid. Also, is it going to come tuned out of the box or is that an additional cost and how much time to tune it to your needs?

I emailed them to see what all is involved. Waiting to hear back I'll update with that they say. I do know my cam from Hughes they involved a tune, they did the tune. And they were slow got all the parts back in June and the tuner arrived in October
