Default Pcm programming

Anybody know if any open source software that will allow to enable/ disable skim and write new vin numbers? I'm not interested in changing any parameters. This would be for jtec controllers

There isn't anything open source that I am aware of.

Not aware of any open source software available for JTEC. I do believe that HP tuners has added capability for JTEC tuning.

there's a guy on YouTube named Keenan laws or something that has some interesting info on the jtec controllers but he never followed through with videos explaining how to make the usb cable. He does show what pins to hook the cable up to tho. But I can't find his software
