Yep, shift pattern is different. Also, the speedometer got its info from the sensor on the tailshaft of the t-case.... (PCM as well....)

Yeah I was hoping I could get away with not having a speed sensor and just going without a speedometer. But I guess that’s more than likely what’s causing the choppy and delayed shifting. I feel like a complete idiot right now lol, can’t believe I overlooked something so minuscule for so long.

Still have the old t-case? Might be able to transfer over the necessary parts.... (output shaft with the drive gear, housing for the VSS.)
