Default 97 Dodge Ram 5.2 fuel pump

I'm back again. I've installed new #4 relay, new #8-20A fuse and new #3 40A fuse. #9 10A in the interior fuse box is good also. Nothing to fuel pump. I unhooked connector and checked with my spare pump and had power to it. Reconnted to pump in tank and nothing. Reconnted to my spare pump and now have nothing. I've tried jumper at fuel pump relay #30 to #87 and nothing. I've reset PCM and nothing. I also checked voltage at #86 on relay and have power when I turn key on. Help please. Thanks

If there's power at the relay then how about at the pump end of the wire? If so, then replace pump.

It's not the pump. I have a spare the works fine. I use it to check power when I think pump in tank might be bad. I had power at one point to my spare so I plugged back into the pump in tank and nothing. So I reconnected to my spare and have nothing there now.

When are you checking power? You will only have power for a second or two when you first turn the key to on. It primes the pump and shuts off the rely until the pcm sees the engine is running, Then it will come on again.
