Default Factory lift differences?

A ‘98 2500 Cummins pulled in at my job today, and got into a little argument with the owner as he insisted my lift was not stock. I can assure everyone that my lift is 100% stock. Was there a difference between the “Sport” edition, and regular? Thank you.

My RAM.

Nope only thing that could be different (not dependent on if it's a sport but what kind of tow package you got) is the number of leafs. Looking at your picture it does look like you have a leveling kit in the front

I tried taking a picture of the hitch, but it’s too dark out, but the hitch is the factory class IV hitch. I don’t know how you’d detect a leveling kit, so I’ve taken a picture. Could you confirm, or dismiss? Thank you. My parents are the original owners, hence my claim of stock. My father, and mother are “it was built like that for a reason, so it should stay that way” kind of people.

The truck might have the "camper special package" which includes stiffer springs and such. See how high my truck sits which is a 2500 gas with camper special package.

It seems to be identical, however, I have my build sheet, and it mentions nothing of a “camper special” package. Could you PM me your vin to see if it’s even listed on the build sheet? Thank you.

That's all stock but unless you get under the rest to take a picture of the leafs can't say. As mentioned you could have the camper prep package

Your truck isn't lifted. Ergo, you're both wrong.
