Default How bad is my suspension?

Hello, To make a long story short i was in an accident, and now my truck doesn't drive straight. the steering wheel has to be about 180 degrees to go straight. The suspension looks like it is sagged in the front, and the steering box does not have any visible damage. besides the steering wheel being upside down it drives fine and does not leak any fluids. I attached an image of the suspension currently. Its a 2002 Ram 2500 2WD. Can anyone tell what is wrong? Thank you.

Start with an alignment and go from there. A good shop can determine what's messed up. Might need tie rods or even a steering box if the main components are solid.

Probably a bent tie rod.

It wasn't that bad, the fender was pushed back a little, but it is fixed now.

Agree an alignment is your starting point.

Just took it for an alignment. The shop said the lower control arm and shock need to be replaced
