Now you know why most manufacturers stopped offering manual transmissions in the US market..... Even on 'hot rods' that would traditionally have a stick. Latest generation of corvette isn't even available with manual.

I learned to drive on a manual trans, but then, I am pushing 60 REAL hard as well.

I was talking about the motor head lol. I believe there are only two manuals I seen around here. One is a Toyota and another is a 800hp+ Dakota. I know the only vehicle you can get in a manual in the Mopar world is a Challenger. Shame because I wanted a new manual charger.

On a side note haven't driven the truck yet because this is still on it

Work was a blast. (I actually enjoy my job..) The weather sucks.... It's COLD and windy. Snow drifts in my driveway made getting out interesting.... (my 4x4 is currently not working) So, gotta fix the 4x4, or, break out with the snowblower.

Do what I did back in the day, take it off and take it inside. Permanently lock it in and then go back outside lol
Do you know if the TPS should read 100%?

From what I have learned, anything below 1 volt at closed throttle, and anything over 3.5 volts at WOT, should be sufficient. TPS is only an indicator of how serious you are about acceleration, PCM uses several other sensors to decide how much fuel to give it. That, and our TPS are not adjustable.......

Didn't look at the TPS voltage on my scan tool (duh) was only had the percentage pid up. This summer I'm going to finish my other truck but on this one I'm going to do the TPS mod and add a high idle switch using the cruise control servo.
