Default Hydroboost Question.

I am adding Hydroboost to my girlfriends 1500 as she just added Brembo brakes and the vacuum assist doesn't give enough clamping force. On mine I used a 2500 diesel reservoir. On the 3rd gens you can just put a T into the return line on the pump and just out the hydroboost return line there. Anybody see a problem with this on our trucks?

Which line on the hydroboost is the return line?

Look for pics of one installed in any 2nd gen truck... (I think just the diesels got 'em, as my 8.0 is still vacuum boost) Should be able to tell from a good pic.

Can't find any that include the whole system, but Rockauto helped me and I feel stupid. The return line is the only line without a nut on both ends...DUH

The return line has a nut on both ends? Why?? Seems to me, that should be the pressure line.

One would almost think you got a bigger phone.

You know I very much enjoy giving you grief about that.
