2nd Gen Pictures Steering Upgrade

If the aftermarket drag link fits a 2000-2002 2500/3500, it will fit the 2000-2001 1500. In stock form the 3 have the same taper and dimensions except for the diameter of the tubing used. Because the tubing is bigger on a 2500/3500, the tie rod ends will be beefier and have larger size threads, the tapers are still the same. This is to upgrade from "Y" to "T" drag link.
If you don't mind drilling the knuckles and pitman arm out to 3/4" you can use the crossover steering system.
Each type of system, "Y" "T" and crossover, have their own inherent advantages and disadvantages.

I guess I'll find out. Also I took out the information that was associated with the pictures above. Oh, and the seller said it was a drop in.

Like Ramman and me said we don't know for sure. The only thread I found was a guy used gear marking compound on the tre ends to see if the taper was the same. It was not according to that. What I would do is compare the part numbers for tie rods on Rockauto
