Default Wiring harness conversion kit 5.9 Magnum to Hemi engine swap?

I have a '95 1500 Sport 360 and I would like swap a hemi as part of a long term project. I know there were wiring harness conversions available at one time, and I am sure these used to be more common in the past. My question is, are the still available now, and does anyone know where they might be found? I am scouring the internet and Ebay, but not having any luck.

They are still being made. They run from $2600 to $4500 depending on what parts you get from them.

Do you know any current manufacturers? Also, yikes, that's close to the cost of the engine itself pending which route I go. That much to connect between the old and new computers?

Your original computer won't run the Hemi. It won't have a clue. I think you would be better off going to a standalone system that will support the hemi. Probably about the same price as the harness..... But, you can tune it with a laptop.

I know of one. I built my own harness. Basically you just use your original pcm to communicate to the rest of the truck

If I am understanding you right, you built a separate harness of your own for the hemi and then wired that into your existing PCM?

Very impressive. Did you make any schematics? I have the '95 Ram shop manual and wiring harness diagram, and have some limited wiring experience--rebuilding British cars with Lucas systems, and we all used to install our own stereos back in the day, right? If you made any drawings or notes, I'd really appreciate taking a look at whatever you might have if possible.
