Hi,
New here. I have a '99 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Turbo Diesel (Dually). My seatbelt have frozen due to the under seat module crapping out. This is a part discontinued by Dodge in 2018. Does anyone know where I can get one? I've been coming up empty. There are YouTube videos on ways to circumvent it, but they either drain the battery or render the belts ineffective in a rollover crash. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Junkyard. You can take the back seat covers off and remove the electronic pretty of the seat belt. The belts will still work in a rollover or collision

If you have the part number, do a google search on that. Might be able to find one on amazon, or ebay. Barring that, car-part.com can get ya one.
