I'm getting ready to paint my truck and I sent my headliner and visors away to get redone in black (with a 3D RAM logo). The door panels will have black leather on the arm rest and the wood trim wrapped in chrome, then the bottom will have purple leather.

So I decided to paint the seat covers in the blue the truck will be painted in and seeing what you guys think. I will post the one they goes with the seat in the factory faded black (Agate) the problem is it's cracked and I can't figure out to fix it, then I'll post the blue one I temporary mounted since it doesn't have the power seat switches. If I go with the blue I will also powder coat the seat frames in blue

So you want to know if you should paint the seat panels blue? I wouldn't but I like stock interior. Also wouldn't put any chrome inside as it will reflect horrible sun glare in your eyes at the wrong time. I like the idea of black headliner with Ram logo.

Yep basically! I like the chrome in my 5th gen and 4th gen plus the truck has 5% tint. Also looking for ideas on how to fix that crack because people in eBay want $180 for that seat panels and they are on crack.

I'm up in the air on the blue but thanks for sharing man!

Fiberglass. That, and duct tape, you can fix anything.

I also like the black headliner idea, but won't the purple leather lower panels clash with the blue seat side panels?

I should have specified they I don't know if I'm keeping the "grain" of the plastic (which fiberglass wouldn't have) or smoothing it out (which fiberglass would work)

I thought about that but with the blue fenders I painted (junk fenders) I put purple pin stripping on and it looks really good. I'll post a picture in a few
