Okay guys. I found something under the hood and have no idea what it is. It looks like a sensor or small solenoid. It is mounted to the underside of the hood in front of the hood latch. It has a two wire connector on it and when the hood is shut it doesn't seem to be near anything. Any ides??? Thanks.

Could be a kill switch for remote start. They put them there so if you use remote start and somebody opens the hood the pin pops up, killing the engine.
